Bureau Property Consultants were formed in 1997 to provide advice on all aspects of leasehold property in the UK. Amongst our specialities is valuation advice for the purchase of freehold for leasehold houses, extending the leases of flats and purchasing the freehold of flats. The company are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. We act throughout all of England and Wales and seek to provide a one stop shop for all matters concerning the valuation and management of leasehold property.
We act for both landlord and tenant and have appeared as expert witness for both at Leasehold Valuation Tribunals throughout England and Wales, and before the Upper Tribunal (Lands Tribunal).
